An upper denture normally contains a plate, which covers the roof of the mouth. A lower denture is normally horseshoe-shaped. Dental Lab Service Policies
1. Dental Lab is closed on Sundays and Holidays.
2. Rush Work (work requested less time than scheduled) will be added an extra charge of 25% of the original price.
3. Payment: due to 30 days from the invoiced date. An estra charge of 5% per month is carried on if payment not done over 30 days.
4. Warranty: We provide one year warranty to our products.
| How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the cases to us: |

| a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; such as patient name, date, service items needed, materials and designs, color, etc. |
| b. Working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Proper bite registration is needed. |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice for Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
